We are located in the beautiful Eifel, in the beautiful town of Roth. Here in the Prümer Land, a cozy apartment has been created. Surrounded by forests, meadows, streams and magnificent panoramas, we are the perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides or walks. The apartment, measuring around 120 square meters, with three bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 people. The large living-dining area, as well as the almost 9,000 square meter fenced property invite you to relax.

The space
Our lovingly furnished 4-star apartment, measuring approximately 120 square meters, has a large living-dining area, including a fireplace and TV. From which you can enjoy a magnificent view and access to the approximately 9,000 square meter property. For a cozy get-together, you can relax on the large terrace with a grill by the water feature in our fenced property. Children can move freely without any problems and have a great time on our play tunnel hill with slide, as well as in the sandbox or shooting goals. A campfire corner and many other seating options also invite you to linger and relax. In addition to the cozy living-dining area, you can also expect a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, dishes, etc.), which invites you to cook together. The three existing bedrooms can accommodate 6 – 8 people. 2 rooms with double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m, 1 room with two single beds each 0.80 m x 2.00 m (can be converted to - 2 pieces - double beds 1.60 m x 2.00 m). Furthermore, the apartment has two modern furnished shower baths (hairdryer available), as well as another separate toilet. A storage room with clothes rack, vacuum cleaner and washing machine, as well as ironing board and iron is also available.
