The Villa is situated on Addaura’s seafront, in the northern coast of Sicily. It is a few kilometers from Palermo’s City Center and nearby Mondello Beach. The Villa offers a charming panorama of the sea especially at dawn and sunset. The rocky coast is reachable through steps placed in front of the gate of the Villa.
To get to your apartment you will be walking up the staircase, featured with a handrail, going through spacious gardens arranged on several levels. The Villa enjoys great privacy
