Guests love this home’s scenic location.
A 2 bedroom holiday cottage located on a working farm near Boot in the Lake District. Gorgeous views over Harter Fell and less than a 10 minute walk to a pub! Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen/diner/ living room, bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the main bedroom with a king bed and twin room with 2 single beds. WiFi is included along with sky tv, towels bedding, kitchen utensils etc and a welcome pack. Loads of beautiful walks from the door! Brand new bathroom fitted may 2025

Neighbourhood highlights

Cottage in set on a working farm, attached to the main farm house. It’s down a long private lane from the main road. At the top of the lane in Doctors bridge set above the gorgeous river Esk. Less than a 10 minute walk from the pub. A 5 minute drive to the village shop. Loads of beautiful walks from the door. The ‘lal ratty’ steam train is a 5 minute drive away or 40-45 minute walk away. The beach is 30 minute drive and Wastwater lake is a 20 minute drive.
