Heron Pointe Camp is located near Whiteface Mountain in the Adirondacks. A beautiful lakefront location on Silver Lake. Private dock, kayaks and tandem canoe included. Perfect for a couple, small family or professionals working remotely. Convenient to many Adirondack peaks, lakes, rivers, ponds, hiking trails and skiing. Silver lake is a private lake approximately 3.5 miles long end to end with perimeter shoreline of 13+miles. Nice for paddling or relaxing lakeside. Must have AWD for winter.

The space
Quiet - walk out at lake level apartment right on beautiful Silver Lake. Open concept design, with outstanding lake views. Studio Suite apartment with an additional sofa bed(Queen), full kitchen, dining table, desk work station, Bedroom (Queen) with large seating area and the entire suite is fronted with a large covered private veranda. Enjoy watching and listening to the loons. Gorgeous southwest exposure for daily sunsets. Sit and read or just float around in the lake to stay cool. Vacation residential area with walking trails and hiking and mountain biking nearby. Owners reside onsite in the upstairs unit. Each unit has separate private parking and entrances. Manicured grounds and perennial flowers surround the property. Large lawn between veranda and lakefront which is just over 75 feet away on level ground. Paddling a few steps from your veranda. Private docks. Adirondack chairs and beach chairs available for your leisure and enjoyment. We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our special lake side retreat.

Heron Pointe Camp is conveniently located near hiking trails, Whiteface Mountain, Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Plattsburgh. The lake front cabin is in a residential area surrounded predominantly with vacation homes. The lake is a 'private' lake with no public access or boat launches. There is one campground located at the lake which offers seasonal camping sites nearby. There are two hiking trails within 1 +/- mile of the property - Silver Lake Mountain to the North East (1/2 mile) and the Silver Lake Bog to the South West (1.25 miles)...both are relatively short hikes.
