The space
Upstairs living includes a great room to beat all great rooms. Beautiful wood floors with custom border is complimented by the cathedral ceilings and huge views. The spacious updated kitchen features a walk-in pantry, work island, gas range, double ovens, microwave and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. The master bathroom is a delight with the large bath tub for the ultimate relaxation. Down the wood spiral staircase is the second living room, two guest rooms, full bath, Laundry room, and massive bedroom/game room with pool table.

Throughout the living spaces you will find 5 smart TV’s with basic streaming cable and High Speed WIFI

This house is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood, close to nature, yet it is very convenient (only about 7 miles) to Heavenly Ski Resort, Heavenly Village, Casinos, and major supermarkets like Raley’s and Safeway. 10 miles to Zephyr Cove, 30 miles from Kirkwood Ski, and within walking distance, there are many hiking and biking trails.
