2 bedroom both room got fan and 1 Room got Aircon. Living and dinning with airconditioning but, use it if just need it, you renting my place cheap so be reasonable [pls note that]

This place is fully furnish, kitchen is fully gear up.

We offer free cleaning but it depend how long your stay.

NO SMOKING INSIDE...
5000 penalty if we will detect some cigarette smells inside.
There is a garage and balcony

The space
Comfortable & clean 2-storey townhouse(apartment)with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and 1 kitchen. Located in a Savannah Green Plains Phase 3 Subdivision.

nearby got mini store where you can buy most anything (if you need one), load for your mobile phones, some grocery stuff you might need (food, drinks etc).

What you can expect in this entire house:

15 to 20 minutes to Clark Base ,SM Clark Mall and The Famous Fields Avenue, extra minutes to marquee Mall.

Just outside of the Subdivision so many restaurants, cafe, grocery ECT.

Other things to note
Strictly turn off all lights mostly air-con when not needed or when leaving the room. Electricity is the most expensive utility in Philippines. Your renting my place cheap but yet totally comfortable so pls be reasonable.

And please let us know how many people will be in the house.
Better tell the truth to avoid to discontinue your stay.
