Our spacious, newly finished basement apartment is a great option for families, friends or anyone looking for a home away from home. Enter through your own private, keyless entrance. Our apartment has an open concept dining, kitchen and living space. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances. The cupboards are stocked with cooking/dining necessities. The living area provides ample room to gather for games, conversation or television viewing on the 65" SmartTV monitor.

The main bedroom has a king bed and full closet. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, twin bed and full closet.
Additional amenities include WiFi, central air and heat, on-site parking, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a porta crib.
