This 5 bedroom +2 converted walk in closet rooms, modern, Vegas themed decor property is the perfect place for guests wanting close proximity to the Strip & airport. Only a 5 min drive straight down Sunset blvd to the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign at the front of the strip! Same distance to the airport. The stadium, UNLV, and T mobile arena are all close by for sporting events aswell. Right across the street from a huge public park.

7 rooms ( 1 master, 4 standard, & 2 converted oversized walk-in closets) gives large groups all private beds. Spacious common areas and high vaulted ceilings in this 2100sq ft property provide plenty of room for socializing. Aside from the close proximity to the Strip, airport, Stadium, T- mobile arena, and UNLV, the Expo and convention center are not much further. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood, across the street from a huge public park( Sunset park), that includes a lake, beach sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, & frisbee golf all free of charge! Inside you will find large common areas, a pool table, poker+blackjack table, beerpong table, dominos, bluetooth stereo, flat screen tvs, exercise bike , wifi firesticks & fast wifi. Back yard features covered patio, bbq grill, horseshoes & putt putt mini golf. Grocery stores, bars, & smoke shops are all only minutes away. I can set up day pool & nightclub VIP access at most of the Strip resorts. Seasonal boat charters are also avaible at beautiful Lake Mead only 30 min from your doorstep. 9pm neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced. No loud noise or music outside after 9pm.
