This 5 bedroom 2.5 bath, has 2 large sitting areas, 6 person dining room as well as an eat in kitchen. The oversized deck is equipped as a third sitting area that overlooks the breath taking wharf and private boat launch . This full service wharf and slipway make it a boaters dream. Also boasts a gazebo and firepit area. 6+ car parking area, and impeccable views.

The space
The Ex Hale Inn is located directly on the Main Street in the beautiful town of Lewisporte, NL. Lewisporte is known for its large marina, Train Park and Woolfrey’s pond boardwalk trail. Our beautiful house is a waterfront property with full service wharf and private slipway. For your winter time fun we are located across the street from a rail bed tie in to the NL trail system. Our property is a must see!

We are located directly on notre dame bay in the middle of beautiful lewisporte, NL. Across the street is a full service grocery store. We are within walking distance from liquor store and gas station.
