This home is in a scenic location.
One Manor Way is a coastal holiday home in Tighnabruaich. It is located on a shore road with uninterrupted views and easy access to the village.

​A modern 3 bedroom cottage that comfortably sleeps 7 in a selection of double, twin and single beds. Looks can be deceiving, as the house has a lot of space.

It is light and bright with the benefit of stunning sea views from most rooms. Cozy, yet simply furnished and free of clutter.

The home is always a hit with families and groups of friends.

The space
Families and friends can relax in the comfortable living room and share mealtimes at the dining table while taking in stunning views. The seascape dominates, and it is not unusual to see porpoises at breakfast.

The kitchen has all usual appliances, including dishwasher and washing machine/drier.

The house is equipped with WiFi, TV and DVDs, as well as a small selection of books. It is simply furnished and de-cluttered to ensure a clean environment.

Upstairs bedrooms have black-out blinds to aid a good nights sleep.

As for the basics, the home has central heating, a shower room and a bathroom with hand shower - along with a good supply a new towels.

For parents of very young children we provide a stair guard, travel cot and baby bath.

Outside there is a good sized shed suitable for storing bikes or sports equipment. Even the shed is a good place to sit and enjoy the views. Leave your paddle board or kayak in the front garden and launch in seconds with only a few steps to the sea.

This home is quiet, but not secluded. There are friendly shops, cafes, restaurants & pubs all within a few minutes walk. The communities of Tighnabruaich and Kames are always welcoming.

Active guests can walk coastal paths from the door, cycle the Cowal Peninsula, play at the Kyles Golf Club or hit on the local tennis court. The West Kyle is great for water sports, including swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing & fishing.
