The space
The View apartments Ilfracombe is a signature building located on the Ilfracombe seafront.
The View was completed in 2020 and was designed and built with holidays in mind.
The oversized windows in the living/dining/kitchen area allow you to experience the lovely scenery to best advantage.
The apartments are minimalist by design (as pictured) but have everything you need on a practical level.
Every bedroom has a bathroom/ensuite and built in storage.
Access to each apartment is via lift from basement parking area.
We have superfast broadband (up to 76mbps).

Guest access
Access is via lift or stairs from the basement parking area. You will be sent full check-in details with your personal access code 48hrs prior to arrival.

Other things to note
There is one parking space per apartment.
Our basement parking is tight but doable for vehicles up to the size of an average Range Rover (not generally suitable for anything much over 4.8m long and definitely not any LWB vehicles).
Parking for additional or oversized vehicles is usually available in the public carpark opposite (charges
apply).
Please carefully check for head space when entering the garage (1.95m max I'd say). I doubt anything with a top-box would fit (but you can remove topbox and store it in the bike store during your visit).
There are EV charge points by each parking bay.

I designed and completed The View apartments in 2020. Often described by our guests as an 'Aparthotel', Apt1 (1bed/1bath), Apt2 (2beds/2baths), Apt3 (3beds/3beds/hottub) and Apt4 (3beds/3baths) are all modern and minimalist (per pictures). The View is a great base for exploring or a home from home. Myself or housekeeper, Rachel, are on hand if you need anything during your stay. I hope you enjoy The View as much as we do.
