Welcome to Portage Lakes! Enjoy the fire pit and patio dining with an amazing water view! Studio guest apartment with a living room/dining room. TVs in both the living room and studio bedroom. Bring your own boat or enjoy the paddle boards we have here on the property. Walking distance to several different restaurants and bars!

The space
Guest apartment has been fully renovated. It's approximately 600 sqft. Bed, bath and kitchen are on the upper level of the unit and the living room and dining area are on the main level. Steps to the upper level have a 7" rise and a 11.5" run (standard steps). Guest apartment is detached from owners home but is attached to a storage room. (Without bothering guest, owner will sometimes, though rarely, need to access the storage area through a separate entrance but usually only during 9-5 hours). Guest apartment has a 65” smart, TV and a 42” smart TV. The guest apartment is on the same parcel as the owners waterfront home but the apartment it’s up the hill from owners home and has its own vibe! ENJOY!!

The lake is home to several great restaurants and bars. This property has a great view and is positioned in a cove where lots of neighbors swim but also positioned just a short boat ride from the lake's ski and speed zone. There are restaurants close by (15-20 minutes if walking). Lots of fun!!
