Lovely restored cottage high up the hill enjoys spectacular coastal views. Set over 4 floors with a self contained bedroom on the ground floor with its own en-suite bathroom.
The top floor attic room has a double bed with plenty of drawers for clothing.
The front bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and sea views.
The middle room has bunk beds,Towels and bed linen are provided.
Sea views all front windows.
Two decking areas with hot tub have stunning views and patio furniture plus barbecue.

The space

***Tyn-y-Ffynnon cottage can legally accommodate 8 guests as one of the bedrooms is self contained with it's own bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities which can't be accessed from the main house***
Guest can have use of the whole house. Front door on one side allows entrance as well as a back door that leads into the kitchen. The garden covers different elevated levels with grasses and decked areas that boast stunning views over the bay.

This beautiful fully restored cottage is built into the mountainside of Dinas Oleu the first piece of land given to the national trust,the largest conservation charity in Europe in fact that was the very start of the national trust 125 years ago.The lady who donated the land was Fanny Talbot and she lived in the neighbouring property,her servants used to live in this delightful property Tyn -y-Ffynnon cottage.
