A 2BR/2BA secluded cottage perched ~15-20yrds from the shoreline within a hop, skip & a jump to the beach, this fantastic spot offers solitude at the water's edge. The winding road home beckons the person seeking peace & quiet, where the stars shine brighter, the sea breeze seems fresher. No need to worry about power outages, solar panels 60kw battery backup, additional 24kw generator. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. Possible 2door Jeep wrangler may be available. 4 person max

-Veterans, previous mil, active duty mil can receive 10% off booking, must provide proof prior to booking

-Must be able to negotiate ~60stairs to access cottage. Not ideal for someone with orthopedic impairments
-If you love nature & the beauty of the outdoors the cottage is perfect

-Will need a vehicle with higher clearance such as a Jeep, honda civic will not suffice

-The road is similar to state park fire roads, think Jurassic Park minus the T-Rex
-Parking space for one vehicle
-Communication is important, please message me on the AirB&B platform beforehand to answer any questions

-if you can guess my favorite college football team after you book prior to arriving you can stay an extra night for free if that date is available

5-2026 Solar Panels with 30kw battery back up, entire cottage is surge protected, starlink internet, split unit AC’s in both bedrooms

The cottage is ~20-30yrds from the ocean. Due to to ocean environment things do break, stop working, ect…Please let me know as soon as possible if this occurs

Virgin Islands Open Shorelines Act at Title 12 Virgin Islands Code, Chapter 10

“An owner of waterfront property in the Virgin Islands has title to his property to the line of mean high tide. The Open Shorelines Act defines the "shorelines of the United States Virgin Islands" as the area from the low tide line inland for a distance of 50 feet or to the first line of natural vegetation, "whichever is the shortest distance." The Act provides that the public shall have the "right to use and enjoy" this defined shoreline area, and prohibits all persons from obstructing access within this defined shoreline area. The Open Shorelines Act does not in any way grant the public the right to cross private property in order to access this shoreline area”
