Cozy and modern Condominium vacates for 3-6 people with varieties of facility such as pool and gym. Fantastic view of the infamous Kelantan River and greens. Located in the very center of Kota Bharu and surrounded by few famous restaurants well known by locals.

The space
All basic necessities will be provided such as bath towels, clothing iron and iron board, body and hair shampoo, kitchen utensils, induction cooker, cooking pots, microwave and every rooms are equipped with a rubbish bin.
For extra mattresses and towels shall be provided upon request.

Great security for the condominium, surrounding neighbors are peaceful and quiet, several great cafe and restaurants well known to the locals are located within 500m radius distance, and shopping complex such as Aeon mall and Tesco are within 3km of reach.
There are neighbors around the block, so noise controlling are highly appreciated, the building is equipped with surveillance camera on every floor for safety and security purpose, also the committee members for the building are very active.

During your stay

Our usual procedures mainly relies on self check-in system, but we're open up face to face interaction upon request. All reservations should be booked at least 2 days prior of the arriving date for cleaning and final tidy-up purposes, check-ins will be at 3pm and check-outs will be at 12pm.
Host's availability will be from 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week.
