Calm and convenient location

Guests say this area is peaceful and it’s easy to get around.
Delightful bungalow set in a quiet conservation area. Five minute walk to local shops. Two spacious double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, family bathroom and separate shower room with WC. Fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. Spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, TV and dining table seating six. Central heating throughout.
Private rear garden with access to a quaint and well equipped summer house with lighting, sofa & chairs.

The space
Easy walking distance to local shops and nature walks, cycle routes round Huntly. The property is well maintained and benefits from an open flame gas fire to cosy up to after a long day of sightseeing and exploring. High Speed Fibre Broadband is available free of charge.

Guest access
Guests have use of the whole house and garden areas including off street parking. The quaint summer house and patio provides an alternative seating area to take in the setting sun and to relax after your day. Outdoor dining is made easy with an attractive table and chairs. (These are stored inside the summer house)

Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. A high chair and travel cot are available if required along with children’s cutlery and plates.
