The apartment is also conveniently located for families wishing to stay for a few days while attending the Passing In Parade of Newly qualified Naval Recruits at HMS Raleigh

The space
The flat / apartment has been refurbished over the past eighteen months and provides a high standard of self catering accommodation. It is located in the beautiful Rame Peninsula , an area of outstanding natural beauty, conveniently close to the beautiful beaches of Whitsand Bay and the old fishing villages of Cawsand, Kingsand and Portwrinkle. Torpoint is the nearest town for shops and supplies, just a couple of minutes away.
The nearest pub is 30 seconds away ! The Carew arms. , just two doors down, a very quiet family / food pub serving quality breakfast , lunches and evening meals.
The Apartment sleeps up to four in two double rooms with king size beds. It has one bathroom , a lovely open plan kitchen with all mod cons ( dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine etc... ) and a fabulous view of the River Lynher.!!
Parking is on site and 1 space dedicated.
A bike rack for up to 4 bikes is provided outside if your bringing any.

A well equipped holiday flat with all linen provided as well as a very warm Cornish welcome!

I love living here as it’s so close to everything, beaches, coastal walks, moors , the city , main train line 15 minutes away ( ST Germans) and most of all the beautiful scenery . You can explore other areas of Cornwall from here, Padstow , Newquay, Falmouth , Fowey and many more , even Penzance is 1hr 20 away!

Hi I’m David, this is my home which I let out whilst working away . I’m Cornish born and bred in the village close by ( Millbrook) I work as a Powerboat instructor , Engineering and have Yachtmaster certification . I have been on and around the sea all my life and my hobbies are mostly sea related, Sailing, fishing, diving, paddle boarding , snorkelling etc. So have a wealth of knowledge about this in the local area and beyond.
