A self contained loft apartment, set in the heart of the Fermanagh countryside. Located 6 miles from Enniskillen and 1.5 miles from Carrybridge, this is an ideal base to explore everything Fermanagh has to offer.

Whether you want to walk the Cuilcagh boardwalk, kayak on Lough Erne, cycle the rural roads of Fermanagh, fish on Lough Erne, or just relax in a quiet rural location, then this is the place for you.

Guests will have sole use of the loft apartment which comprises of a kitchen/living area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with an electric shower.
The Loft is set in mature well kept gardens, which comprise well stocked vegetable raised beds and greenhouse.
Guests will park securely in the courtyard, which is controlled by electric gates.
Secure garage parking is available on request for motorcycles, cycles or fishing gear.
