A stone's throw from the lake with access to 2 swimming areas and a boat launch, this completely renovated 2-story cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a nook for working, a large, fully stocked kitchen, great Wifi, new heat/AC, a washer and dryer and a gas fireplace. There are plenty of lawn games and board games, a deck for dining, lounging and grilling, an expansive side yard and a hammock out front. In a quiet residential enclave, this stylish cottage is an idyllic lake-lovers retreat

The space
We've just purchased and completely renovated and redecorated this cottage to provide a beautiful and serene getaway. The bathrooms are brand new with tile showers, there are new wood floors throughout, and new heat/AC and laundry have been added. The furnishings were carefully selected and the spaces are clean, bright, modern and comfortable - with lots of lake cottage charm!

Other things to note
Please don’t book this property if you plan to party or invite extra guests or have any have loud, late nights. We love parties too but this isn’t the right place to host one - it’s on a quiet, family-friendly block with great neighbors (who keep an eye out on the place for us).

Neighbourhood highlights

A fun, friendly and serene area with lots of families and lake-lovers. You're a 1 min walk to the lake with swimming access and put-in for kayaks, boats and canoes, one block to a fully stocked country store and a short drive (10min) from the town of Canandaigua with dozens of restaurants and shops, Wegmans, and Home Goods (my favorites). The best location on the lake!
