Thanks for your feedback. I went and quickly had a look at our description of the accommodation and our amenities. I can really not find any place where it states that Vineyard House is up market... We do specify that this is a working farm, and being amidst one of the toughest drought the Cape Province had in several years, I suppose brown water in the taps can be excused as the water is supplied to the farm from a Water Scheme and we do not have control over the quality of water.
Regarding the check in - I did send an email with the directions attached on how to find the key. It was Christmas, and our staff was on leave, but the directions is clear and I did ask you to please make yourself at home. There is no other email specified except the one supplied by Airbnb, if you did not get the attachment it is not really our fault.
Regarding the services - I am really not sure where you saw that there will be cleaning each day at 10am, as I cannot find that on the Airbnb site either.
As mentioned in my review, we are on par with our pricing for the region, and do not find the accommodation overpriced.
