Enjoy all the comforts of home in this Brand New Custom Lake Home. Located right in the heart of Beautiful Beaver Lake! Quiet, family friendly neighborhood, with enough space on property to park your boat or jet ski. Open the French doors and enjoy your morning coffee, or grill out on the spacious treehouse style deck. After a long day at the lake, relax and enjoy the 20x20 rainfall showerhead in the spa inspired bathroom.

The space
Guests will check themselves in with the front door code (provided on the day of your arrival) and you will have access to the entire home and amenities during your stay.

The home will have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, including a fully stocked kitchen, fresh bed linens for each bed, as well as fresh towels. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom along with soap and shampoo available for your use.

** There is no lake view, and no walking access to the lake from the home. However the home is just a short 1 minute (or less) drive to the nearest swim beach, and 1.5 min drive to the nearest boat ramp. We are also just 2 minutes from Catfish Cove (which is a hidden cove perfect for swimming, fishing, or kayaking)

For the safety of our guests, our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest.

This 1 bed 1 bath home will sleep 4 people comfortably.

Private bedroom, with queen size bed and 43" flat screen smart tv.

Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room along with a comfortable sleeper recliner that could potentially sleep a 5th person.
The living room also has a 43" flat screen smart tv and a Bose sound system.

Propane grill available for your use as well.

Prairie Creek Marina is just a 5 minute drive.
Downtown Rogers is 10 min.

***There is no washer and dryer in the house. If you need additional towels, or bed linens during extended stays (over 4 nights) we will be happy to provide them upon request.

Our home is located on a quiet cul de sac street, down in the valley. The neighborhood is very family friendly with very little traffic. Very conveniently located. The home does not have a lake view and is not walking distance to the lake, but is just a 5 min drive to Prairie Creek Marina, and less than a 1 min drive to the local boat ramp/ swim area.
