Up to 4 people can find plenty of space in our oasis of well-being.

You have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a large couch...here you can also use a fold-out travel bed, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a kitchen, at your disposal.

And all this, idyllic, in the middle of Germany's oldest pedestrian zone. It couldn't be more central.

On approx. 75 sqm you can feel comfortable here.

The space
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is of course also accessible by lift.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo), kettle and toaster. Cutlery, glasses, dishes and much more are also available.

For a longer stay, you'll feel right at home.

You can wash, dry and iron your private laundry here.

On the generous couch you can relax and enjoy a nice TV evening. Or you can take the game collection out of the closet and play a round of "Don't get angry with people" with your loved ones.

Breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed in the dining area, which has four seating options (can also be used as a workplace) or at the counter of the open kitchen. You will find the baker right on your doorstep.

Although the nearest beverage retailer is just around the corner, you don't have to carry any water boxes. You have access to a "SodaStream".

From the pedestrian zone, you will not be able to hear anything acoustically and will really be able to switch off.

Where you’ll be

Oldenburg, Niedersachsen, Germany

When you look out the window, you won't be able to discover much nature. However, you will be rewarded for this. You're right in the middle of the pedestrian zone. Only 2 minutes walk from the old palace and the new shopping arcade, the palace courtyards.

We don't have a private parking lot. You can park your car in the parking garage of the castle courtyards. The car park is accessible for 24 hours and the entrance and exit options are particularly wide.

You have everything at your doorstep...theatre, cinema, countless shopping, restaurants (the oldest Italian in the city is right next door) and cafes, the popular town hall square where many events take place, the famous castle park and the old harbour.

Oldenburg offers culture and program for young and old. Whether it's a visit to the Horst Janssen Museum or the castle, a historical city tour or a visit to the beautiful State Theatre.
Tip: Try the smartphone-guided city tour.
You can find them at ACK Oldenburg/Pilgerweg.
Just outside your front door.

The EWE BASKETS also play here. Why don't you fire the boys at one of their home games? If things aren't going well in the EWE arena, all kinds of events are also offered there.

Or should we go to the water? How about a harbour tour (a 2-minute walk).

And if you want it to be me, you'll be at Nethen Beach Club within 20 minutes by car, where a water skiing facility awaits you.

If you want to be less sporty, we recommend a trip to Bad Zwischenahn.
Bad Zwischenahn is a spa town where you can also go shopping on Sundays. Or you can rent a pedal boat and drive over the Zwischenahner Meer.

The North Sea is a 30-40 minute drive.
Dangast invites you, for example, to a beach walk or a visit to the North Sea Bath. In Dangast you can take a mudflat hike ("World Heritage Wadden Sea“) or book boat trips. Afterwards, you can treat yourself to a nice piece of cake at the Kurhaus.
The art market also has a lot to offer there.

So you see Oldenburg is worth a trip!

Looking forward to seeing you soon!
