The space
Our home has two bedrooms, one bathroom, one en-suite bathroom, lounge with american kitchen, balcony and patio. The upstairs bedroom is available for two-person stays, and the downstairs bedroom is available for two-person stays.

We request no smoking in our home. Smoking is allowed on our patio or on the balcony.

The heating of the house is provided by a wood/coal stove connected to the underfloor heating system. No intervention is required in the system except for ignition of the stove and regular wood feeding. We provide firewood and kindling for free during your stay.

Located on six acres, our house has its own patio garden in front of it. There is a grocery store, butcher and bakery in Bozhane Village within

8-9 minutes walk. In general, you can get almost anything you need from here. Daily sales of eggs, milk, etc. are also made in the village.

There is a golden dog in our garden and a stray dog that we own. They don't have any aggression, but if you're uncomfortable with dogs, this won't be the right place for you.
