Our cabin is located in the heart of Munds Park, at 6600 feet elevation. It is surrounded by tall pines, blue spruce trees and on a corner lot with a front yard for the kids to play. The new 600 sq ft concrete patio is equipped with a brand new bbq, 6 person dining patio fire table, and more teak patio furniture for your relaxing.. 3 AIR CONIDITIONERS!! Most cabins in Munds Park don't have AC, which makes this one a great summer getaway!

The space
A little about the cabin:

1500 squ ft, 2 bedroom 2 full bathrooms with a big loft that has a king platform bed and two twin beds for the kids. The master bedroom comes with a private bathroom and a king bed with all new furnishings. the second bedroom is a queen bed that also has all new furnishings. The two bedrooms are separated by the full hallway bathroom. Both bathrooms are handicapped accessible. Hand rails and shower bench seat in both.
The open kitchen/living room has large open vaulted ceilings with alot of natural beautiful wood. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay.. One 55" smart tv with wifi so you can login to your netflix, amazon prime, hulu..etc.. The garage is off limits. There are two spots for parking in front of the garage. No Pets. Guests are responsible for filling the propane tanks at the local gas station. Tank will last 4-8 hours depending on fire intensity.

Relax on the patio or in the front yard with some burgers on the grill and having dinner outside by the fire. Just look up at the stars and enjoy the sounds and views!!

Everyone in the neighborhood is extremely friendly. Be courteous to the full-residents next door and across the street. There are lots of people that go on morning and evening walks so you will get a lot of waives and hello's while relaxing on the patio.

Activities close by:

- Semi private golf course and country club within walking distance.
- 2 restaurants close by. Italian dining- walking distance, and a BBQ restaurant.
- A small town cafe and a Borracho Saloon within walking distance.
- If you are into biking, hiking, BMX, frisbee golf, zip lining and much more, Fort Tuthill is your spot. It is 12 miles north on the I-17. Fun for all ages.
- Shopping, bars, restaurants, and/or nightlife 18 miles north on the I-17 in Flagstaff
- The Grand Canyon is 1.5 hours from the cabin
- Visit beautiful Sedona by either heading South on the I-17, or taking it north to travel down the windy 89A through Oak Canyon and into Sedona.
- Skiing or snowboarding in the winter at Arizona Snowbowl, or summer hiking and biking
- If you are into ATV's or off-roading, Munds Park offers abundance. Bring your own, or simply rent one for the day- right across the freeway. You can head to the end of the neighborhood for miles and miles of forest road, or head 3 miles south on I-17 to ride Schnebly Hill road- a 2 hour moderate off-roading trail that will take you to Sedona.
