New Listing: This 2nd floor condo at the Landings Condominiums was just remodeled in 2020. This condo has amazing views of the Boyne City Basin of Lake Charlevoix overlooking the marina. Available as a vacation rental throughout the year. Relaxation, comfort and style will draw you in and its surroundings will make you remember to also head out to enjoy all that the Boyne area has to offer. This location puts you walking distance to a full service grocery, gas station, and boat launch.

The space
Passing through a courtyard, you will walk up a set of stairs to the 2nd floor covered private entrance. This unit sleeps 6 persons max(including children).
The master has a King bed with attached full bath with shower with seat. Main floor guest has a queen bed. Next door is the 2nd full bath with tub/shower.
Kitchen is fully equipped and features double oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine/beverage refrigerator, and instant hot water at bar sink. Living room features a gas fireplace with comfortable seating for ready, relaxing or just enjoying the view. Dining area features bar seating as well as dining seating with surrounding lake views. Up the spiral staircase there is another living area, full bath with shower and sleeping loft with a queen bed and several twin beds. The balcony off the main living offers seating and views overlooking the marina. This is a no pet, no smoking property.

I love the opportunity to share the UpNorth experience with guests. I was born and raised in Boyne City. We bought and renovated the cottage on Lake Charlevoix in 2014 next to our home. My husband Al and I are right next door so we can assist with any questions you may have. We love to travel but this area is our "Staycation" which is why we bought our property 20 years ago to eventually design/build our dream home. By profession, I have a masters degree in nursing and am also a church organist/keyboard and soloist. Once you visit this area, you will be drawn to come back again and again...
