I am flexible, you can arrive late at night and leave early in the morning, this will not be a problem. I will just ask you to provide your flight/train details after the booking is completed so I can make arrangements and make sure I will be able to welcome you. For very early checkins or very late checkouts, I will always try to make that possible, but if the place is booked by other guests it depends on their schedules too. If anything is overlapping the checkin/out time would be noon like in a hotel but it should always be possible to leave/drop the bags at least if the other guests don't mind.

As all other short and long-term tenants have stated, the location of Nicolas' apartment cannot be beat. It has great, funky charm, which for me was appreciated. I really enjoyed drinking wine and listening to the expansive vinyl collection. The elevator is quite small, so if you have large luggage you will need to do it in two or three trips, but it's not the end of the world. I happened to be in Paris during a heat wave, so unfortunately I was very hot at night, and since I had to leave the windows open there were mosquitoes. It was a no-win situation for me, and I could not find a fan in any stores nearby. Unfortunately again, there was heavy construction across the Seine in the morning, but that's not anything Nicolas can control. I'd definitely stay there again!

This place is just amazing! Right in the center of the city. Big windows with fabulous view to Seine, Pont Neuf, and La tour Eiffel. So many sights and RER B station on walking distance. You can also take VELIB bicycle, station nearby. Many thanks to Nicolas and Dave. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Centrally located, easy to pop from one side of the river to the other, to walk to any place or access the metro. We found the location to be awesome for popping in in the middle of the day if we needed to get anything or take a break! The apartment itself is clean and brightly lit and quirky.

Nicolas is a very gracious host who takes obvious pride in providing a very clean, well organized apartment. The location is awesome as it is centrally located on the Seine in one of the most popular districts in Paris. The apartment is small but worked perfectly for our stay. We had a lovely stay in Paris and will look forward to our next visit.

The apartment is perfectly located, with museums and attractions only a few minutes away, and different metro lines at walking distance, and Nicolas is very accommodating for check in and check out. The bed is probably the best bed you'll ever sleep in!
