Trevor has a wealth of history and industrial heritage. During your time exploring the local area you will find many Interpretation boards on the World Heritage site, Trevor and the surrounding area. Trevor boasts the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and part of the LLangollen Canal. Cafes, pubs, takeaways and shops are all available in the local area. A 10min drive from Llangollen and a hearty 4 mile walk along the Canal. In the opposite direction you will find Chirk and its National Trust Castle as well as another Aqueduct and Tunnel known as "the Darky" because of its sheer length.

Hi I’m Peta, I grew up, live (having moved away and returned) and work in the area. I love North Wales and all that it has to offer. Welsh is my second language and I speak it (almost) fluently. I just have the one property. I renovated Hillcrest myself during the lockdowns in 2019/20 and I’m really proud of what I achieved. I do all of the cleaning and maintenance myself (within reason) and hope that any one who comes to stay loves the house as much as I do.
