The space

The house has room to spread out with an open concept living space, yet is very cozy . Classic and warm fir wood floors set the tone. There is plenty of comfy seating to relax or socialize in. The gourmet kitchen was designed to be highly functional yet social, with a four-burner gas range, double convection oven, built-in refrigerator, hewn granite countertops, and seating at the island. A separate peaceful dining room seats four or expands to accommodate six comfortably. A gas fireplace and flat panel TV with Apple TV in sun drenched cozy parlor room is a perfect place to relax after a active day. Master bedroom has a queen-plus sized mattress and a lovely reclining leather chair. The other two guest bedrooms have queen-sized mattresses and each bedroom has its own private bathroom.

Other amenities include washer/dryer, PS2, AppleTV, and high speed wireless.

I will try to greet you on check-in and check-out but the place will be yours during your stay.

Beautiful tree-lined streets and historic homes create a uniquely peaceful setting nestled so close to downtown that just begs to be explored on foot. Cooper park and Southside Park are just blocks away. Downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants and Montana State University are an easy stroll away. Also, the Main Street to Mountains trail system and both the Lindley Park and Highland Glen Natural Preserve ski trails are within walking distance.

Bozeman's free Streamline Bus service can be accessed just a few blocks from the house. This bus service is an easy way to further explore the area.

Skiing at Bridger Bowl, a locally owned non-profit ski area, is about twenty minutes away and the largest skiing in the United States at Big Sky Resort is just an hour away! The winters in Bozeman are arguably as wonderful as the summers!

A cozy, comfortable and beautifully maintained and restored home in the heart of Bozeman. Walking distance to main street and an easy hike/run to campus or Peet's Hill. Host was responsive and took great care to ensure everything went perfectly for our stay. Parking was easy, neighbors were kind, and overall this was a great place to call home while in Bozeman.

We LOVED staying at Lawrence's house! Best location we could have asked for! We were in town for a girls weekend and we loved being able to walk to restaurants and bars. The downtown shopping area was so quaint! But nothing compared to how adorable the neighborhood is! The house is clean and very well kept. Beds are comfortable and house is well appointed. Lawerence was a great host! We had no issues at all.

This home was absolutely lovely! The beds were comfortable (my oldest said it was the most comfortable bed he'd ever been in), there were lots of spaces for us to hang out together or to get some alone time. Gorgeous kitchen! It was only about 7 minutes away by car from the College and the museum. We checked in really late at night and left really early in the morning (15 hour car drive to and from home), so didn't meet Lawrence, but he had a nicely detailed check in book. He also left beautiful fresh flowers around the house, and left a very gracious note. Many thumbs up!

This was our second time staying at Lawrence's home and we hope to come back for a third! The house is beautiful and charming, located in a quiet neighborhood only minutes from downtown Bozeman. The house truly makes you feel at home. It's the perfect little oasis for a trip out West!

I absolutely love Bozeman in all seasons! I first came to the mountains of Montana in 1993 as a good old fashioned "ski bum" and fell in love with the area and people right from the start. There are so many things to do in this quaint little town and the area surrounding: visit the famous Museum of the Rockies, stroll the vibrant historic Main Street shops and restaurants, take a walking tour of the historic neighborhoods with the Gallatin Historical Society, soak in the hot springs of nearby Bozeman Hot Springs, Norris Hot Springs, or Chico Hot Springs, visit Yellowstone, watch the MSU Bobcats at Bobcat stadium, take in a concert at Brick Breeden Fieldhouse, walk to the farmer's market, run the near-endless Main Street to Mountains trail system, cross-country ski on the Lindley trails, and of course, Bozeman's very own Bridger Bowl Ski Area is just a short drive away! Or, do nothing and relax.

I'm excited to share my home and access to this incredible area. I hope you find it as enchanting as I continue to do. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
