Beautiful private room with your own private bathroom in stunning loft in amazing fully renovated Victorian terrace house. Extra large comfy queen sized bed (large double bed). The room is in the light flooded loft on the third floor (two flights of stairs) with two dormer windows and has air conditioning, wifi, USB charger, hair dryer, TV, and a fridge to keep some drinks cool. Bathroom is small and the ceiling is sloping over the toilet (so gents, you have to sit down). For groups of 3 the third person has to sleep on a (comfortable) mattress on the floor (of course sheets, towels, etc, are also provided for the third person).

Located in the hip suburb of Surry Hills, in easy walking distance to Central Station, the gay hub on Oxford Street, Chinatown, the Entertainment Quarter, Hyde Park, etc.
Countless restaurants and cafes at the doorstep. Ample of bus stops around the house with easy access to the CBD, Bondi Beach, Circular Quay, The Rocks, Opera House, Darling Harbour, etc.
The famous Bourke Street Bakery is only 100 metres away.
Central station is approx 1 km away. Ample buses around.

- Please take off your shoes when inside the house.
- Please note that we do not include use of the kitchen/living area. There are plenty of nice and not too costly restaurants very close by. Complimentary tea (incl. a small kettle) is provided in your room. The loft room also has a fridge to keep some drinks cold.
