Spacious studio laneway with a large kitchen, beautiful natural light and private balcony.

In the heart of a peaceful neighbourhood along the Cambie corridor, so much is within walking distance: a coffee shop on the corner, grocery stores, great restaurants (sushi, chinese, malaysian, indian, hong kong cafe, bubble tea, ice cream), parks, COVID approved outdoor patios etc.) It's also within walking of major buses and skytrains that go straight downtown, to the airport or to UBC.
