Ground floor flat in Georgian villa designed by James Burton one of the original four overlooking the park. Quiet with off road parking. Two minuets from the sea, local Pub and restaurants. Short walk seven minutes from the train station, five minuets from Norman Rd with its art galleries independant cinema and café's. Stroll along the sea front to the Pier, Hastings old town junk shops and bars
