El Estudio Loft, 40m2 near the sea, second row and direct access to the beach in front the property. Independent and economical stay if you want to be on the beach, restaurants, return to rest, have fun, be relaxed and move once again.
Close to hotels, restaurants of Las Pocitas Beach, is a beautiful place for a person, a couple, a young family with a kid.

The space
Feel happy in a minimalist and illuminated space with open concept design. El Estudio has a king size bed / 2 single mattresses, a sofa bed, kitchennet, refrigerator, Two stove cooker, kettle, microwave oven and utensils for the basics (plates, glasses and cutlery).

El Estudio is a nice space to stay with simple and basic furniture. Ideal for one person, a couple or a young family with a kid. The outdoor area has a garden and trees growing and the patio area is open yet. We use a recycling system as the water you use in the shower, for example is treated and reused to water some specific trees.
