The double guest suite benefits from its own Private entrance and en-suite. We are located In Quay road, leading straight to Trevaunance cove (200 metres away) & a stone’s throw of various cafes, bars, Driftwood Spars pub and coast paths.
Private parking on shared drive for 1 small/medium size car.

The space
With the beach a mere 200 metres away, there are also engine houses and coastal walks on our doorstep.
A gravel path leads up to the stable door with a step up into the double room.
The guest suite benefits from its own private entrance and en-suite, a double bed with white cotton bedding, towels, hanging rail, shelf for kettle, glasses etc, dressing table and chair, mirror, heating for cooler/winter months. Hairdryer & Smart TV (please note no terrestrial only apps/wifi).
The small ensuite has a walk in power shower, heated towel rail, underfloor heating, toilet and sink.
WiFi, Complimentary tea & coffee, kettle,a jug of filtered water, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner along with towels are provided for you to use within the guest room during your stay.
Private parking on our shared drive for one small to medium size car.
St Agnes is located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also a World Heritage Site making our beautiful village a popular place to stay.
Close by (a few metres away) is Q cafe open for breakfasts lunches and light snacks. Head towards the beach and you’ll have the choice of the driftwood spars pub, breakers cafe and schooners on the beachfront. Heading into the village there are more restaurants, bars and shops.

Other things to note
Please note, due to our property’s layout, the original doorways into the en-suite from the double bedroom are 67cm wide at the narrowest point.

With the beach 200 metres away, we have everything on our doorstep, great bars, restaurants, takeaways and independent shops all within a few hundred metres and also up into the village.
Coastal paths can take you south towards wheal Coates engine house, famous for some of the poledark scenes, and chapel porth and porthtowan further on. Head north towards perranporth via Trevellas porth and blue hills tin mine.
