The back yard offers a private and peaceful setting to enjoy the Pool &Hot Tub. Great Location, Walk to Flagler Ave, where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. Beach access is less than a 2 minute walk, just across the street.
Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler are at the house for use. We have multiple units please contact host if you have a big group.

The space
This house has a lot of seating in the main living space and out by the pool area for up to 6 guests. We have additional units available if you have more than 6 in your group. Please do not show up at the house with additional people - the property mgr lives on the same street. This property is not set up for children who can not swim - there is no additional barrier to the pool once you go out the back door

This is a residential area with some full time residents so we have to be respectful to our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise after 10pm on the property.
