Utrecht is beautifull ! Free parking in front of the house, 5 minutes bus train-station, 12 minutes walking into the centre (just follow the river) , fireplace, this cozy traditional 1900's house situated alongside the river 'Vecht' is suitable for 2 up to 3 people. Great backyard vieuws as well ! Modern separate kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs also another toilet.
The space
Most of our guests are very happy with the views, not only in the front,(riverside where boats go bye) but also the back-yard, where you see a very nice big garden, while you sit on our terrace, which is very private and where you have sunshine the whole day if the weather is nice and can have a small barbeque in the evening..... If its cold, you can light a fire in the fire-place inside! Also much liked is the huge bathtub and the fact that you can walk to the center alongside the canal (10-15 minutes).
We have 3 beds made ready for you, towels and also shampoo, toothpaste. etc

Guests have acces to the whole house except for 1 room, where we keep our private things.
