Cefn y Ffynnon is a tranquil and beautiful old farmhouse in its own grounds, with orchard, field and stream. There are two bedrooms with space for four guests, we're ten minutes from the A55, have easy parking and a country pub just up the road.
Converted stone barn in grounds of old farmhouse. Wood stove, 2 beds, large livingroom/kitchen use of large garden and field. Rural beauty and peace, 10 minutes to A55, 1 hour to Manchester. Close to Snowdon and Angelsey. Long let desired, part-furnished or empty. Suit single or couple, dogs welcome.
Guests have access to bathroom, kitchen and lounge with wood burner inside the house, bedrooms also of course. Outside there is a garden/orchard and a field with stream. Also St Elian's Holy Well is on the property, and able to be visited.
Interaction with guests
Guests are welcome to borrow maps of the area and to ask about local attractions of all kinds; castles, pre-historic sites, restaurants, sporting facilities, climbing and walking opportunities.
Other things to note
Parking is available in the farmhouse grounds, and the local Pub, the White Lion, is a short walk and an even shorter drive away.
No smoking, no pets, sorry but we have chickens in the garden and fields of animals all around us.
