Our house is beautiful, clean and cozy in minimal style and suits for 2-10 guests.

• Family room (18sqm), we can arrange a king size bed for 2 guests or 2 king size beds for 4 guests with family and friends who prefer to sleep together.
• Comfort room(10sqm) is including a king size bed for 2 guests.

☆1st floor☆ has 1 living room, 1dinner room, 1 kitchen,1 bathroom and private parking.
• The living area with sofa bed for 2 guests, in additional the floor mattresses for 2 guests. convenient for elderly staying on 1 story who has problem to use stair.
• Kitchen are fully equipped, guests are free to cook in the house.

Household items are chosen from my favorite. Pillows are very comfortable. Bedsheets are clean. Fence is high for privacy and security. I would like to our guests feel like home during stay. -Check out is at 12:00(Noon). Late check out, charge 100THB/hour.

-Charge 500 THB/person for extra guests that exceed the reservation.

-There is no deposit as we trust you to keep our house in good condition under your stay.

-Additional cost 100 THB/bed set in case of sleeping in separate room. for example, 2 guests (1 in family room+ 1 in comfort room) charge 100 THB. pay during check in.

-No smoking inside house, allow in parking.

-No pet

-No breakfast/ Laundry service with charge.

-Fresh New Towels, Free drinking water, Coffee for every guests only on your first day of arrival.

-Our property is not a hotel but is a house. Therefore, we do not provide daily room cleaning and changing bed sheet/towels during your stay. Beds in all bedrooms are made on arrival.
