I offer a cozy, bright and fully furnished apartment in a quiet street in the Prague city centre. The apartment is situated on the first floor. This property is suitable for up to five guests. The apartment consists of one bedroom and a living room with dining area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the living room is prepared to host 3 people (2x expandable sofa). The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffeemaker and a kettle. Satelite TV and high speed Wi-Fi internet connection are also available.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in close proximity to the National Theatre. Due to its excellent location, it is easily accessible by public transportation from any part of Prague, and most of Prague's historical monuments, such as Charles Bridge, Střelecký Island, Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, Rudolfinum, the Dancing House, etc., are within walking distance.

ACCESS
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport. It´s about a 3-5 minute walk from "Karlovo namesti" tram stop (lines 3, 6, 18, 22 and 24) and "Karlovo namesti" (yellow line B) underground stop.

PARKING
You can park on Myslikova Street, which is located near the apartment; the parking tariff on this street is 30 CZK per hour from 8 AM to 6 PM; parking is free from 6 PM to 8 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. It is also possible to park in VACLAVSKE GARAGE /Vaclavska street 18, Prague 2/ just 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking fee is CZK 500/24 hr and is paid by the guest when leaving the garage.

AMENITIES
The apartment is located in the very centre of Prague, therefore all public facilities are within walking distance. There are plenty of cultural institutions and historic monuments, as well as shops, exchange offices, restaurants, cafés, tea houses and bars in the vicinity of the residence.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT
In general 3 nights. 2 nights in the winter season weekdays (negotiable). 5 nights during the holidays. Can be negotiable if calendar has only shorter time slots available.

The experience with Lucas was very good! We were very happy with the flat and their support in relation to the shuttle-taxi from the airport. The flat is very good placed, very close to the city center. It takes only 10 minutes by foot. A tram-stop, a supermarket, locals and some exchange-shops are very close to the apartment. The flat is very good equipped and tidy. The building it-self has been renovated, the neighborhood is very typical and nice! For those reasons this accommodation in Prague is highly advisable/recommendable.

All was great. The flat look like a photos, comfortable and clean. Many sights are located just a few steps away. Home owner ordered the taxi from airport for fixed price.

Great location and away from the crazy tourist area, but within a 10-15 minute walk. The shower is a small stall, but it was no issue for us. The kitchen had all tools we needed to cook. Lukas responded to a few requests we had and was very easy to work with. Not having air conditioning was not an issue as there was nice air flow from the windows.

Lukas's apartment is a great location, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Easy to get to the city or other areas by either foot or tram. After lots of exploring and walking we could rest very well in the apartment. Highly recommended!

The apartment was exactly as depicted by the photos. Location was excellent and apartment was clean. There was no need to use public transport as you could easily walk to the city center and all the major sites. Communication was great and I would definitely stay here when I visit beautiful Prague again.
