I offer a cozy, bright and fully furnished apartment with separate rooms in a quiet street in the Prague city centre. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a renovated building with a lift. This property is suitable for up to six guests.

The space

I offer a cozy, bright and fully furnished apartment with separate rooms in a quiet street in the Prague city centre. The apartment is situated on the third floor in a building with a lift. This property is suitable for up to six guests. The apartment consists of two bedrooms. There are two double beds and two single beds in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, coffeemaker and a kettle. Satelite TV and high speed Wi-Fi internet connection are also available.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in close proximity to the National Theatre. Due to its excellent location, it is easily accessible by public transportation from any part of Prague, and most of Prague's historical monuments, such as Charles Bridge, Střelecký Island, Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, Rudolfinum, the Dancing House, etc., are within walking distance.

ACCESS
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport. It´s about a 3-5 minute walk from "Karlovo namesti" tram stop (lines 3, 6, 18, 22 and 24) and "Karlovo namesti" (yellow line B) underground stop.

PARKING
You can park on Myslikova Street, which is located near the apartment; the parking tariff on this street is 30 CZK per hour from 8 AM to 6 PM; parking is free from 6 PM to 8 AM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays. It is also possible to park in VACLAVSKE GARAGE /Vaclavska street 18, Prague 2/ just 4 minutes walk from the apartment. The parking fee is CZK 500/24 hr and is paid by the guest when leaving the garage.

AMENITIES
The apartment is located in the very centre of Prague, therefore all public facilities are within walking distance. There are plenty of cultural institutions and historic monuments, as well as shops, exchange offices, restaurants, cafés, tea houses and bars in the vicinity of the residence.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT
In general 3 nights. 2 nights in the winter season weekdays (negotiable). 5 nights during the holidays. Can be negotiable if calendar has only shorter time slots available.

The apartment is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. It is ideally located with the dancing House a stones throw away and Charles Bridge about a 10/15min walk along the bank of the river. If the lift is a real breaker for you however it would be worth checking it is in working order before booking. Thanks Lukas for hosting us!

Brilliant flat right in the center of Prague. Very clean and simple. No difficulties with checking in, you receive two pairs of keys. Highly recommend it.

Great apartment, location and value for money. Lukas is cooperative. You should note that the flat is on the 3rd floor so you will have to climb stairs although it's great exercise. Also, the lift is very tiny. Overall, a good experience.

Lukáš's apartment was perfect for the 5 of us. We all had our own space, and the fan really helped in the warmth of August. It was close to the river so everyday we walked along the river and saw all the sights, which we felt very grateful for. The apartment is close to every sight in walking distance, and lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. I 100% recommend the apartment as it is perfect and spacious and exactly as it looks in the photos. Many thanks for Lukas for letting us stay in his wonderful apartment.
