Laburnums Loft is a self contained apartment with its own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed + a sofa bed in the lounge/tv. area. You have allocated off road parking and free wifi.
Located in a quiet road between Arundel(6mls) Chichester(7mls) Bognor Regis(5mls) Goodwood(8mls) Beaches(6mls) Fontwell racecourse(1.5mls). The lovely N.Trust village of Slindon, gateway to miles of beautiful South Downs National Park walking and cycling routes, is only 6 minutes away

The space
The apartment is light and airy with a contemporary feel. Access is through a common utility area where guests may hang wet coats to dry, leave muddy shoes etc. or dry off their dog ( one well behaved dog is welcome ). Stairs lead up from here to your own front door (lockable).There is sheltered outdoor seating in the allocated parking area to enjoy a bit of fresh air with a cup of tea, coffee or a glass of wine, (or a cigarette, if you must! ashtray provided)
