A cosy private well equipped garage conversion with a fabulous view of the local church in a small hamlet close to Totnes. Perfect for walkers, writers, shoppers (Totnes is a treat!) or a peaceful retreat. Wonderful community village pub in walking distance - 2 mins! The area has everything you could want with beautiful beaches, stunning countryside and the vibrant town of Totnes nearby. It is advisable to have a car to access Totnes town centre and surrounding areas. There is private parking

There is a compact well equipped kitchen area with pull out table and chairs, and a small toilet and separate shower room – think space saving!

Heating is also provided for chilled winter nights.
The stable door opens out onto your own area, with a table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast or an evening meal. A small bbq is also provided.
