This apartment is located in desirable North Berkeley. It’s set on a safe & quiet street with easy access to UC Berkeley, cafes, gourmet ghetto, transit and more! Plus, we are just 1 block away from the North Berkeley BART station for easy trips throughout the Bay Area.

The home is thoughtfully furnished in a modern Scandinavian style. There is beautiful laminate wood flooring throughout. Located on the 2nd floor (with no upstairs neighbors) there is plenty of natural light in every room!

The space
The living room has a sofa, work desk, smart TV (connect to your Netflix, Hulu, etc accounts), and a colorful plush rug. There’s a sliding patio door leading to a small balcony for when you need to step out for some fresh air. And there is a 2nd work desk in the dining room (not shown in photos).

Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 has two XL Twin Beds. All beds have new supportive mattresses and down comforters. There are bedside tables and lamps with wireless and USB charging ports. Each bedroom has a large closet (one is a walk-in!) with plenty of hanging and drawer space for your clothing. Speaking of storage, there’s also a coat closet by the front door and a linen closet nearby the bathroom and bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, toaster, blender, pots & pans, plates & cups. Pretty much everything you would need besides groceries!

We include a Sonic Gigabit fiber internet connection that provides fast download speeds. Working from home and streaming movies is a breeze!

We provide a fully furnished home including bath towels and bedding. We will provide an initial supply of consumable items like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper that the tenant should plan on refilling as needed.

Laundry facilities are located in the building and use your smartphone for payment.

Off street parking for 1 car is included. Residents can obtain a Residential Parking Permit for street parking from the City of Berkeley for a fee if they need additional space. Bike share rentals are located 1 block away at the BART station or at University Ave.
