Just over 20 km separate the center of Pelotas from Quinta Martins, located in Cascata - in the fifth district.

Quinta Martins is the result of the conversion of a small, 2-hectare leisure site into a productive property.

The area, located in the countryside of Pelotas, in the south of Rio Grande do Sul, was acquired in 1988, with the purpose of being used for leisure on weekends.

In 2008, the process of transforming the site into a farm began. A farm is, by definition, a place where fruits are produced. In our case, we've broadened the concept. Quinta Martins is a place to live. We live here, among trees, flowers and many birds, in addition to enjoying a beautiful view of the city of Pelotas.

It's a place to produce. Native fruits from southern Brazil. Pitangas, araçás, butiás and uvaias are grown and transformed into delicious juices in our Rural Family Agroindustry.

Sharing the privileged setting in which we live, receiving friends, has always been a great pleasure. To share this privilege, we are opening our gates to operate with Rural Tourism.
