Where you’ll be

Devon, England, United Kingdom

Go to VisitIlfracombe's website and choose Discover for lots of local information. The Tarka Trail is great for walking and includes the longest continuous off-road cycle path in the UK. The stunning South West Coast Path also passes through Ilfracombe and Exmoor National Park is nearby.

Keypitts off road adventure offers activities like axe throwing, Quad biking, archery and a 4×4 Land Rover experience. Open whatever the weather- they say the wetter the better!

Milky Way Adventure Park is a great all-weather day out for all ages and was awarded the 2nd Best Amusement Park in the UK by TripAdvisor.

For a picturesque pub in a tiny village, go to the Grampus Inn in nearby Lee. Or there's relaxed fine dining with Ilfracombe's first Michelin-starred chef Thomas Carr at restaurant 1873.

Slightly further afield is The Ultimate Adventure Centre with an assault course based on BBC's Total Wipeout and rated one of the best activities in the UK by The Guardian. Also coasteering, stand up paddleboarding, kayaking and more.

I am a rare Londoner who was born in London! I am very welcoming to people of all cultures. I love helping people to find the best places and things to do, not just the obvious tourist places.

During your stay

I do not live nearby but I will make sure I am available by phone until I know you have checked in and found everything you need. Throughout your stay I have local contacts who can help if you need something.
