This is a 2nd floor walk up, 2 bedroom and den, 2 bathroom unit with over 1600 square feet of interior living space. Private screened balcony/lanai. The unit has partial water views from the living room, dining room, den and the screened balcony and the exterior open balcony/lanai over the tennis courts and grounds to the marina and bayou/bay. This is "old florida" at its best in ambiance and lifestyle. Community offers 2 lighted tennis courts, pool/hot tub, bbq, as well as a kayak launch.

Other things to note
For months of January - April, there is a 30 day minimum required stay beginning on the first of the month to the end of the month.
