Beautiful studio four blocks from 5th Avenue and seven from the beach, excellently located in downtown. From 38th and 5th (very close to the studio), heading towards the beach, you can find one of the most beautiful restaurant areas in all of Playa. It has a king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, roof top with pool and private parking.

The space
The apartment has all the necessary amenities so that you can rest, enjoy and / or work throughout your stay, since we have high-speed internet (150 mb). What makes it unique, above all, is its excellent location and that it has a beautiful roof top with a pool and a very nice view. In addition, the apartment has a Mexican decoration made by local artists (mandalas @casavinti, macrames: @blancocanelamx), that creates a very pleasant and intimate atmosphere. You can park your car in the building's private and closed parking lot.

A few steps from the apartment is the 5th Av, which is like the heart of Playa del Carmen, but there's also the beautiful restaurant area of 38 street (going from 5th with 38 towards the beach). These restaurants are generally characterized by having an intimate atmosphere, especially suitable for couples. After having dinner, it is very pleasant to take a walk along 38 street enjoying the trees, the lights and water fountains of the restaurants that adorn the road. During the day, access to the beach from 38 street is the most beautiful thing in Playa.

There is a supermarket around the corner, an Oxxo 20 meters away, gas stations, pharmacies and the DAC (local market where you can buy cheaper fruits and vegetables and that has many organic and vegan products).
