The space
“Rose” has just been completed after 2 1/2 years craftsmanship's work, and can be found by the Queen Victoria park in Belfast overlooking the Titanic Harland & Wolf shipyard.

We create a world of love, hopes, glamour and dreams from the Titanic's ill-fated journey. The hand crafted and painted throughout theme follows our Titanic inspired story from the launching in Belfast, to the dramatic sinking of the ship. Our dreaming theme bedrooms, a Titanic ship hand made bed, float on the ocean bed, or hang from the skyscrapers in New York. A full size Titanic lifeboat sofa, a SS Californian breakfast bar. A hand made hot tub with small ships, sitting area, an outdoor grill all in the “Kissing room” on the deck of the Titanic.

The Hot Tub is an optional extra with a surcharge that is pre booked and paid before arrival. Please contact the host if you wish the Hot Tub.
With our ambient sound design our guests will feel they are on the sea journey of the ill fated Titanic ship. “Rose” is conveniently situated only 0.5 miles from Sydenham Railway Station, 2 miles from Belfast City Centre, 1 mile from the Titanic Visitor Centre and a walking distance of 0.5 miles from Belfast George Best City Airport. Parking is available right outside the house. The holiday home features 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bed room, a flat-screen TV satellite channels, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine a microwave, and a Victorian bathroom suite with a shower.

Business
In 1981 I won the Northern Ireland Press Photographer of the year, at the age of 16. In 1991 I moved to Norway. During my career I have won a total of 58 major international awards for my Documentary work in both photo and film, including 4 times Press Photographer of the year in Norway and 3 times Press Photographer of the year in Ireland. In 2006 David Kinsella directed, filmed and edited his first film Love Letters from a children’s prison. The film was nominated by the American Film Institute for Best feature length film Documentary of the year. I had lived in Norway for 30 years, my mother was then 88 and it was time to return to Belfast and have some quality time with her, at the same time I needed a new creative challenge, a step beyond cinema, make a movie that is real for my audience. How can I turn a Northern Ireland theme, a movie, a book an event in time into a living interactive experience?. The Titanic museum was the biggest tourist attraction in Northern Ireland, so I decided to create a “Holiday worlds”, mini Walt Disney style worlds, but with only Northern Ireland themes. I found the properties in the Titanic region, and started the 2 1/2 year process of hand making and creating my first 3 "worlds" Rose, Becfola and Victoria. As my core movie audience has always been women, I have created what I believe is what the market has never had, a world first, an opportunity for the Audience to come into my creative world and be part of the story, be it Titanic, or a Princess world or live as a Titanic worker in their original houses, all with audio sound design that floats around our dream worlds.
