Where you’ll be

Isle of Wight, England, United Kingdom

The West Wight is the quieter side of the Island, enjoying sweeping vistas, Heritage coastline, small charming villages and towns in which the peaceful quality of life is appreciated.
The little port of Yarmouth is 2 miles away with its restaurants and pubs, and lively harbour.
There is a variety of beaches, from the wild stretch of Compton Bay to the little family resort of Colwell Bay. The house is ideally placed for accessing footpaths, cycling on and off road, golf, riding, sailing and watersports. For those with a taste for history there are National Trust properties and English Heritage sites, with outings ranging from fossil hunting through visits to Roman villas, castles and manor houses to Britain’s early space rocket base at the Needles battery.
Blackgang Chine claims to be the first theme park; others such as Amazon World, Alum Bay and Robin Hill are keen to entertain.
