It comprises a spacious bedroom overlooking the Cedar tree and 13th century church, a combined kitchen/living/dining room overlooking the drive and estate gamekeepers cottage (original village school house), and a modern bathroom with large shower, toilet and basin.
Parking for one car is available on the drive.
The property shares stair access with another flat though both have private entrances.
