Large gently slopped yard perfect for games. 120-foot Beach, firepite, bluestone patio.

The beach is NOT for swimming from shore but directly outside the channel is the best part of Prior Lake. Lower Prior Lake has Candy Cove, Cow Bay, and is the larger body of water with depths past 50 feet.

Boudin Bay is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and is located on the northern most portion of Lower Prior Lake so just outside the channel is great for tubing or swimming.

The Rustic Retreat is located on Lower Prior lake and has a SPECTACULAR view and it's location to everything you need is a common compliment from our guests.
Guests really enjoy the shops that are with in minutes from the home as well as the private backyard and the spaces in the home. This home is set in a quite peninsula neighborhood The Rustic Retreat on Prior Lake's goal is to be on your Vacation calendar year-after-year!

Neighbourhood highlights

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS unless prior approval by host.

A combo of retirees and families with kids. We are on a peninsula, locked in by water with only 2 ways in or out so please drive careful as their are a lot of children in the neighborhood.

ps...there is a childrens park across the street behind the houses across the street, hard to see but it's actually a public park. Lots of walkers, it's about a mile around the peninsula-enjoy a nice walk!

Billy and wife Corinne purchased this Airbnb in 2020 and it's been a labor of love for them and their 3 boys who often help clean up around the home. "The Airbnb is just down the street from our home so it's easy to help our guests out with requests.
